The “Voices of Erasmus” initiative is a multimedia storytelling project that captures the leadership journeys, intercultural challenges, and personal growth of Erasmus students during their time abroad. Through a series of 6-10 podcasts and/or video interviews with students from different countries, the project will explore what leadership looks like in a global context, how students adapt across cultures, and how their experiences shape them into global citizens and leaders. With multiple students participating in various Erasmus projects around the world, they are emerging as the next generation of leaders and can offer valuable insights from which we can all learn.
